Biography:

David Peet is responsible for infrastructure matters (the buildings and the groups which support research and teaching) and for personnel matters relating to assistant staff and postdoctoral research staff. He also oversees the educational outreach programme of the Department. He acts as Representative User on new building works and is currently overseeing the completion and handover of the new Battcock Centre for Experimental Astrophysics building. He belongs to various University Committees and Groups, including the Value for Money Committee, VoIP users group, Working with Schools Group, Stimulus Committee, and the CHRIS Steering Group.
