Personal Promotions
The outcome of the 2014 Senior Academic Promotions round has now been published in the Reporter and I am very happy to offer my congratulations, on behalf of the Department, to our new Professors, Crispin Barnes, Russell Cowburn and Zoran Hadzibabic as well as our newly promoted Readers, Ben Gripaios and Austen Lamacraft.
These promotions are made partly on the recommendation of referees of international standing, confirming the high level of respect commanded by these individuals and the research that they pursue. They continue the long tradition of outstanding research of which the Cavendish is justly proud.
