Central University Help Desks

The increasing variety of widely-used computer systems around the University sometimes means that users are confused about which Help Desk they should contact about a particular issue. Any of these Help Desks should be able to pass on queries which are sent to them inappropriately, but it will generally be quicker to approach the right people in the first place.

  • The Computing Service Help Desk:

Users of Departmental or College Managed Clusters within the MCS should usually start by consulting their own local support staff.
