Shipping and Receiving Items

Delivery of Items to Rooms

Shipment - all items have an associated handling fee determined by weight. The minimum charge is $7.50 for a letter. The same charges apply for an individual as for a company.

Timing - ship at least 3 days in advance

Holding fee - if items arrive earlier than 5 days before they are needed, there is an additional holding fee - WATCH THIS!

Hours of Operation - The depot is open 7:00 am until 6:00 pm/7 days a week. First delivery of the day arrives at the hotel 10:30 am each day. Last delivery 5:30 pm

Pre-scheduled deliver - Package delivery can be arranged via the hotel BUT you need someone there in the delivery location (i.e. the room) to sign for it.

Shipping of Items to Exhibition Area

The venue requests that shipping of items to the exhibition area is done through the exhibition area dressing company. The company concerned is Freeman and there is a form here to organise shipping through them. There is no holding fee associated with items between the 29th May and the 22nd June.
