2011 Cavendish Alumni Open Day
The 2011 Cavendish Alumni Open Day will be held on Friday 23rd September 2011 from 2pm until 5.30pm.
The programme for the event is as follows:-
At 2pm there will be a Lecture by Professors James Stirling and Malcolm Longair in the Pippard Lecture Theatre
From 3pm to 5pm there will be tours of the following Research Areas:-
- Astrophysics - High Energy Physics - Atomic, Mesoscopic and Optical Physics - Optoelectronics & Microelectronics - Nanophotonics.
