Graduate Students in the Department study for one of the following qualifications:
- Master of Advanced Studies (MASt) in Physics, 9 Months
- MPhil in Physics (by research), 1 year
- MPhil in Scientific Computing - taught/research, 1 year
- PhD in Physics (by research), 3+ years
- Nano Science & Technology Doctoral Training Centre - taught/research, 4 years
- PhD in Computational Methods for Materials Science (4 year)
